What exactly is PimLayer IQ+?
PimLayer IQ+ is the intelligent agent that knows everything about your products. It combines the world knowledge of a large language model with everything your company knows about its own products, and gives answers with source references, in any language and for every team.
Is this just a chatbot?
No. An ordinary chatbot guesses based on general knowledge. PimLayer IQ+ answers from your own product data, your tickets, your documents and the knowledge of your specialists, and points to the source with every answer.
Do I need a PimLayer to use IQ+?
Yes. IQ+ relies on reliable product data, and that comes from your PimLayer: the single source of truth of your hard product specifications. If you do not have a PimLayer yet, that is the starting point. PimLayer is usually live within weeks, with onboarding included.
Which systems can IQ+ connect to?
The systems you already use, through ready-made connectors: project and engineering tools, service and support systems, document and wiki environments, network drives, an RFP archive, your CRM and your master data. On top of that, we also pull in the knowledge that is not documented anywhere yet.
How does IQ+ draw the knowledge out of our specialists' heads?
With a dedicated interview method. We interview your senior specialists in a structured way, turn the notes into clear knowledge items and have the specialist validate them. From then on that knowledge is always available, even when the specialist is not there.
How do I know the answers are correct?
Every answer points to its source, so you can check it. On top of that the system gets better over time: users give signals, your own experts validate, and approved corrections improve every following answer.
Does our knowledge stay ours?
Yes. Your knowledge stays yours and is never shared with other customers. The data is hosted in the EU.
Which languages does IQ+ work in?
You can ask a question in any language and get an answer in any language. The knowledge underneath stays the same, so you do not have to maintain it separately per language.
